Our Policies

A deposit of
$50 is required for each room and for each night reserved. We accept personal
check or cash, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Your deposit
will be refunded if you cancel more than 14 days before your
reservation date. If you must cancel less than 14 days
prior to your reservation date, your deposit will be refunded only if we
are able to re-book the room.

Check-in is
between 4 and 6 pm. Please call if you need to arrange a later
check-in time.

Freshly
brewed coffee and tea are served each morning at 7 am. outside the 2nd floor turret.
A full breakfast is served in the dining turret at 8:30 am.

Check-out is
at 11 am.

Our guests
are very welcome to stay and enjoy the grounds and gardens after
check-out.

Children 8 years and older are welcome.

All rooms and
grounds are smoke free. No pets, please.

Gift
certificates are available for a specific dollar amount or favorite
room of your choice. Give a relaxing night away for a holiday, birhtday, or anniversary! (Gift certificates purchased for a
specific guest room are sold at the April - October rate.)

We
offer comfortable meeting space for groups up to 20. This area includes a full kitchen and wood-burning fireplace, portable tripod easel, high-speed internet, and projection area. Plan a business/non-profit meeting, or retreat for family and friends. Ideal for reunions, book clubs, scrapbooking, quilting, ladies' getaways, adventure retreats, and more!
